SALES STAFF

Number of Positions: 40

Work Location: Ding Deang, Bangkok (Requires Traveling)

Salary: Commision Based (Up to 100,000 THB if sales targets are met)

Job Duties:

  1. Promote and inform potential customers
  2. Communicating with clients on behalf of the company
  3. The job required the individual to sell an IT based product to local government schools in Thailand
  4. Maintain good relationship with clients
  5. Leads will be provided and the individual would be required to follow up on them
  6. Proactive and a hardworking personality required
  7. Training will be provided

Requirements:

  1. Presentable males and females
  2. At least 1-2 years experience in Sales
  3. Excellent communication skills in Thai (Basic english skills would be an advantage)
  4. Self motivated individual who wants to earn and are comfortable with selling

Sales Team Leader

Positions: 5
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Base+ Commission
Work Location: Ding Dang, Bangkok (Requires Traveling)

Job Description:

  • The job required the individual to sell an IT based product to local government schools in Thailand.
  • Leads will be provided and the individual would be required to follow up on them.
  • Proactive and a hardworking personality required to lead a team of sales staff.

Personnel Specification:

  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor degree or Higher in related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales
  • Good communication of English and Thai
  • Ability to convince and sell products to customers
  • Must have leadership Qualities. (able to set targets for his/her team, Motivate others, and measure their performance)
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Owning own transportation would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to earn money
  • Pleasant Personality

 

Personal Assistant to MD

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: Ding Deang, Bangkok

Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 + Commision & Incentives

Job Duties:

  • Manage customer information
  • Promote and inform potential customers
  • Communicating with clients on behalf of the company
  • Gathering and organizing information
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Go out on sales job
  • Help MD enterian clients (ie. attend dinners and act as translator)

Requirements:

  • Bacholrs Degree Preferable
  • Presentable Female
  • Age 25+
  • Excellent Thai and English skills(Excellent communicator)
  • Sales background preferred
  • Thai Nationality only

Salary:  15,000-45,000++ (Depending on experience + incentives and 
               commision)
 

Operations Supervisor

Start date: ASAP
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB
Work Location: Maptaphut Industries, Rayong

Experience:

  • Past experience as factory manager / operation manager / production supervisor
  • Needs to have hands on Experience in mechanical work

Responsibility:

  • Will be responsible for micro management of the actual production process (reporting directly to Project manager and Top level management)
  • Manage any hiccups in production process, ie. Machinery breaks down he needs to be able to manage the repairing process.
  • Develop a strong team and lead it (will be required to spend a year building the team)

Opportunity:

  • Opportunities available for upward mobility subject to performance
  • Depending on performance promotion to Project Manager is possible

Personnel Specification:

  • Adaptable (not set in his ways yet, ideally looking for someone with 6-10 year work experience)
  • Western mindset
  • Quick learner (needs to teach others)
  • Possess leadership qualities (will be developing and leading a team)
  • Should be able to take initiative ie. needs to be proactive
  • Needs to be strong minded (can take hard decisions ie. dismissing non performing staff)

HR Manager

Start date: ASAP
Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 THB
Work Location: Maptaphut Industries, Rayong

Job Description:

  • Implement HR policy
  • Engage in staff development
  • Conducting performance reviews and staff training
  • Carrying out administrative duties related to human resources 

Personnel Specification:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in HR Management
  • 3-6 year progressive work experience in the field
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Possess leadership qualities (will be developing and leading a team)
  • Should be able to take initiative ie. needs to be proactive
  • Needs to be strong minded (can take hard decisions ie. dismissing non performing staff)
  • Capable of integrating HR Strategy with the business strategy.
