For permanent
employee the recruitment service fee is calculated as follows:
Service fee=
“Annual Income x 20%*” (+ VAT 7% - Withholding Tax 3%)
Annual Income
= (((Monthly Salary + Fixed Allowance) x 12) + Annual Bonuses*)
*By default we calculate the annual bonus as 1 months’ salary unless
advised otherwise by the client
